The   pork   we   produce   comes   from   our   herd   of   rare breed   Saddleback   pigs.      These   pigs   provide   a   good combination   of   succulent   well   flavoured   meat,   with just the right amount of fat.  Our   animals   are   expertly   butchered   locally   by   a   fully licensed    butcher    into    roasting    joints    and    chops.      Bacon,    speciality    sausages,    charcuterie    and    hams can all be provided on request. We’ve    compiled    a    list    of    our    most    popular    cuts (shown   opposite),   but   we   can   also   request   any   cuts you   may   like   based   on   your   individual   need.      Some customers   have   requested   heads,   cheeks,   tails   and trotters!
